KN95/FFP2 FACE MASK Introduction

Design

Our premium products fully satisfy users’ experience of comfortability. To meet the specifications of “water and moisture proof”, “perfect breathability” and “proprietary filter media for ease of breathing”, materials for our face masks are carefully selected. Outer fibers consist of spunbond, meltblown, meltblown, non-woven polypropylene fabrics and spunbond, while for inner lining, we chose the notably accommodative “space-hollow W-type XCROSS nanofiber materials” combining with 25g spunbond fabrics, so that our masks can fit tighter but comfortably around users’ faces.

Most KN95 masks in the market usually follow fiber structures similar to planar ones, that is, three fairly coarse layers of common non-woven fabrics, meltblown and spunbonded materials.

Performance

For face masks, the secret of protective effectiveness boils down to the specifications of meltblown fabrics. Hence, we develop the XCROSS materials with patent of core invention, whose filter performance can reach 97% or above. The majority of KN95 masks on sell have only one single layer of meltblown fiber, and most of samples fail to fulfill the KN95 filtering requirements of GB2626-2006 Standards.
